Membership Criteria

1. Members must be 65 years or older.

2. Applicants must be Shia Ismaili Muslims.

3. Seniors with special needs are required to have a caregiver with them at all times.

4. All applicants must complete and submit a membership application FORM and sign CONSENT & RELEASE FORM for approval.

5. Membership is subject to availability and adherence center’s guidelines
